Confirming the long know relationship between being a
Mac fan boy and being a whiner, compounded with the
traditional portuguese attitude of bickering negatively
over the accessory and forgetting the important, portuguese
Mac fanboys/whiners are all in a roar over small orthographic
and translation errors at the recently opened local version
of the Apple store. Yes, that’s right, now they cant whine
over not having a portuguese version; they needed something
new to complain about…

Next up: Steve Jobs doesnt eat pasteis de Belem…
Oh, the tragedy!..

Subject: Bookmark Manager

Before I go mad and start writing my own bookmark manager,
can anyone make a good recomendation? Hint: not delicious…

I need: a local app, not webbased (I’m already a user of
delicious and foxmarks and they suck for batch changes); an
app that takes in a nearly 5000 bookmarks and classifies them
into folders and/or tags each one with the appropriate tags
(fetching them from delicious or from keyword metas); allows
for the batch change of bookmarks (batch delete; batch tag;
batch share); preferably syncs with delicious/firefox.

I really need to organize my bookmarks and a folder based
strucuture is not enough; plus the “Unclassified” category
is getting huge….

De volta de 2 dias em Bruxelas onde Portugal marcou pontos
com a arquitectura e implementacao do prototipo do portal
europeu de e-Justice.

Estou aqui num dilema a pensar se me deito tarde para acabar
a apresentacao para o Codebits ou se acordo cedo… A vontade,
depois da reuniao de 7 horas e do Lisboa/Bruxelas/Lisboa, e
pouca. Nao ha-de ser nada…

Subject: Ideia de Sketch

Tive uma ideia do catano para um sketch dos Gato Fedorento!

Era tipo assim: como a malta tem a mania de fazer manifs por
tudo e por nada, fazia-se um sketch em que um grupo qualquer
de tolos resolvia fazer uma manifestacao por causa da net estar
lenta! Nao e brilhante?!!!!

Em alternativa tambem tenho outro que mete um telejornal
marado em que a noticia e haver palavras em frances num jornal
diario (podia ser o da Republica…), mas este e claramente
mais fraquinho face a ideia da manif…

E que inclusive dava para fazer varias versoes: os que iam
para a porta dos CTT obtinham 10x mais banda; depois numa 2a
versao os que iam para a porta do MOPTC sacavam 100x; e por
ai adiante… Uma mina, e o que vos digo…
